We’re strengthening our team and are looking for back-up Production Coordinator at InnovaNor, Senja!

To strengthen our team and ensure sufficient expertise within the Production Coordinators Office, we are looking to train an additional employee for the role of Back-up Production Coordinator.

The training period will last several months. During this period, you will work full-time in the Production Office and take part in the Production Coordinators’ rotation schedule, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the role.

Following the training period, you will return to your regular position and be available to support the Production Office when needed. Employees who perform Production Coordinator duties will receive an additional hourly compensation. The position may also be moved to a permanent position as Production Coordinator if we have vaccant positions. 

The Production Coordinators in our Fillet Department, plays a key role in planning and coordinating production activities. As a coordinator you will contribute to the optimal utilization of raw materials, ensure efficient production flow, and maintain accurate reporting of key performance indicators.

It is therefore important that you are good at catching the small details, but also have a better understanding over the whole picture and how the details effects production. This is an important role which has a large impact on our production – an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn, are responsible and a good mulittasker!

A higher education degree within a relevant field is considered an advantage.
