Position: Production Worker – Summer Season 2024 InnovaMar, Frøya 

As a Production Worker at InnovaMar, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including manual cutting, packing, sorting, and preparation. You’ll experience shifts alternating between day and evening, enriching your work-life balance. 

This is a seasonal employment, i.e. temporary position for the summer season. We are looking for you who are available to start from mid-April to June and can work throughout the season until August/September. To be eligible for a seasonal contract you must be available to work for a minimum of 5 weeks during this period. 
You have to be over 18 years old to apply. 

Qualifications We Value:  

While experience in salmon or food production is a plus, it’s not a necessity.  

Effective communication skills in English are essential.  

Collaboration is key – we value individuals who thrive in a team environment.  

Valid background check from the Civil Aviation Authorities (we can help)
